Local forces take traditional Hummeren Hotell further

Today's main shareholders Camar, Verket Investering and Svein Strøm Invest sell their 91 % stake in Hummeren Holding (operations and property) to Alto Holding AS.
Hummeren Hotell is an institution in Rogaland with traditions dating back to 1935.
Hotel director Liv Roth continues in her position and is co-owner with 9 % of the shares. Liv will continue to be the face of the hotel and has great ambitions for Hummeren and its future operations.
Through local ownership, Hummeren Hotell looks forward to providing both existing and new customers with unforgettable guest experiences in maritime surroundings on the quayside in Tananger.
Culture, innovation and experiences are some of the things that Hummeren Hotell wants to be a central part of in the region's exciting diversity where tourism, food and culture are growing rapidly.
Tom Henning Slethei, who is behind Alto Holding A/S, says he is pleased with the transaction and wants to contribute to further building Hummeren as a strong brand name by renewing and improving both buildings and operations.
Hummeren will now become a sister company to Tananger Leilighetshotell, which has its niche in letting apartments to the corporate market, and together with Hummeren can offer a wide range of products to both the private and corporate markets.
