Lobster fish soup, prawns, mussels, stuffed crab, salmon roulade, prawn salad, aquavit marinated salmon with mustard sauce, smoked eel and 3 types of herring.
Garlic, herb and vinaigrette dressing. Greek salad and mixed salad, bread & butter
Traditional hot Christmas food
Stick meat and pork ribs with traditional side dishes:
Turnip stew, sauerkraut, prunes, apples, medister cakes and sausages, boiled potatoes and sauces
Vegetarian/vegan Christmas roast with side dishes
Dessert table
Fresh fruit salad, homemade caramel pudding, mullet cream, rice cream with red sauce and our own Queen Maud pudding
