Hip hip hooray! Welcome to an atmospheric 17 May celebration at Hummeren Hotell!
We invite you to enjoy a rich buffet, served both in our cosy main restaurant and in the bright, airy glass house on the pier - with fantastic views of the harbour.
We start the day with a delicious breakfast in the heart of the harbour, where you can gather family and friends for a good start to the national day.
Later on, we'll offer a sumptuous buffet with a wide selection of hot and cold dishes, tempting desserts and something good by the glass - all put together to make the day extra special.

Our famous LUNCH BUFFET will have a 17 May twist. True to tradition, everything that belongs to 17 May!
You can book a table at the following times:
08.00-10.00 - Breakfast
12.30-14.30 - Buffet lunch
15.30-17.30 - Buffet lunch
18.30-21.00 - 17 May snacks/ bar menu
The price is 695,- for adults, 345,- for children between 5 and 12 years
Weather permitting, the Bryggen and Ice Kiosk will be open! Here it is first come, first served to find a table - welcome.
