We'll tailor-make what you want in a very maritime and romantic setting here in the harbour in Tananger. Hummeren Hotell has had the pleasure of planning weddings here in the harbour since 1936 and knows how important it is that everything is just right on the big day.

Our kitchen team ensures an unforgettable wedding dinner with first-class local ingredients, and we collaborate with highly skilled confectioners here in Stavanger on wedding cakes.
When the evening is over, the bride and groom can retire to one of our two suites, each with a magnificent panoramic view of the harbour here in Tananger. The sound of seagulls, the salty sea, the idyll of southern Norway and the harbourside all contribute to making the big day a memorable experience. For life.

Wedding package at Hummeren Hotell
The package includes the following:
3-course dinner - you choose from our company menu where the prices are stated
Coffee for dessert
Venue hire - you choose the venue based on your wishes and needs - prices are quoted per venue. It is also possible to have the room that is available if you are flexible and not so many guests.
Set the table with white tablecloths, cloth napkins and white candles.
We can help you order flowers and music for an additional fee.

While guests are waiting for the bride and groom to arrive, we have these temptations to offer.
Lefestryll 3 varieties ,- with whipped cream flavoured with fresh herbs, garnished with cured ham from NYYT on Jæren, smoked salmon from Hjelmeland and a crunchy flavour bomb of seasonal fresh vegetables Kr 95,- per person. Fresh fruit deliciously served on a platter £85 per person
The menu for the big day
Here you can put together a tasty menu - we recommend a 3-course meal. For summer weddings on the jetty in our pergola, we can also have the Lobster's Jetty Menu.
Wine package - we recommend
One glass of sparkling wine as a welcome drink, two glasses of house wine with dinner Kr. 375,-
Or
One glass of sparkling wine as a welcome, three glasses of house wine with dinner Kr. 500,-
We also have our own wine list that varies according to the season.
Cake buffet with wedding cake
You can bring your own cakes and deliver them to the hotel on the same day or the evening before, and we will set up a buffet with coffee/tea, napkins, plates, etc. Price per person NOK. 85,- ("Coffee / Cake money"). If desired, we can order all cakes, including wedding cakes for an additional charge of NOK 1,000 for handling this. You will then be sent a cake menu to choose from with prices per cake.
Bar with all rights can be open until 02.00. We can put together a bar menu according to your wishes.
Travelling wedding guests can spend the night in our cosy rooms.

You will then have access to the room from 12.00 on the same day. If you want access to the room the night before, you can arrange this directly at the walk-through. Normally, there will then be a surcharge of NOK 2000.
